A: Usually our production time is 5-7 days, expedited order 3-5 days.

Return policy
All sales are final. We only accept returns for a refund or an exchange in case the wrong item was shipped. We only provide return labels in case the issue was due to our mistake.
Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days the item at beautypower20@yahoo.com or call us at 407-738-5552 to alert us of the damage or mistake. Then return the damage or wrong item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged or wrong item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price for your item.
Non-Refundable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please click on contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
